Singapore Book of Records 2011
Lotus Dragon

Lotus dragon, made up of 203 lotus-shaped lanterns, measured 57m in length and was lit by 5,000 LED light.The record for the longest lantern "dragon" here was broken at the opening ceremony of the Chinatown Mid-Autumn Festival light-up 2011. It broke the previous record of a 51m-long lantern dragon set in 2009.A 22-man troupe from Nam Sieng Dragon and Lion Dance Activity Centre operated the dragon in a dragon-dance display.

LARGEST DANCING LION
Nam Sieng Dragon and Lion Dance Activity Centre created the largest lion in Singapore for its May Day anniversary dinner performance on 1 May 2006. The lion with a head measuring 1.68m in width and 6.8m in length had to be performed with six people. Four carried the head while two carried the body.
